Adrian: I know, I ummed and erred about using that second photo, but in the end I thought it was useful as it showed what the icing would look like whilst still wet.

I have to be honest and say it doesn't look amazing in the second photo but looking at the ingredients it does sound amazing.

That BBC cake is the most fricking ugly cake I have ever seen. It looks like a breeze block!
